1. Junk food is very harmful.
2. Eat less. You must eat, but less.
3. You must regularly eat every day. If you are at work and you can't eat you must Take Food To Work.
4. Don't be hungry, make a plane.
5.Grocery store. It is cheaper than meat, dish.
6. Try to buy Fish Oil.
7. Use a Multivitamin.
8. Try to eat eggs at breakfast. It is very healthy.
9. Prefer Frozen Veggies.
10. And you must Switch to Water. :-)
